We rarely post vacancies. Our last three hires all arrived the same way: someone sent their CV in or asked for a chat, and it turned out to be exactly the right person at exactly the right moment.
That keeps happening because the people who get in touch tend to be the ones who actually want to work here, rather than the ones scrolling a job board on a Tuesday afternoon. So there is no list of open roles on this page, and there probably will not be one. If you are ICB or AAT qualified, studying towards it, or bring finance experience and the kind of straightforward, human approach our clients value, send us your CV and tell us why Sapphire. What it is like here
Sapphire is a small, consistent team, which means you will know every client rather than processing work for people you never speak to. We support study and qualifications, and several of the team are working towards further accreditation alongside client work. You get real responsibility early, proper systems behind you, and a founder who has done the job rather than just managed it.
Work experience and internships
We work with Gordano School and Weston College to offer work experience placements, and we welcome interns and students looking for time inside a real finance team. If you are weighing up accountancy as a career, or you need a placement as part of your course, get in touch. We would rather show someone what the work genuinely looks like now than have them find out three years into a qualification.
